8. Quotation qualification requirements: (The bidder must have the following conditions and provide relevant supporting documents)

2) The 2008 financial statements must be provided (with official seal);
3) Records of the tax and social security funds for the fourth quarter of 2008 must be provided (with official seal);
4) A letter of declaration (with official seal) that does not have a major illegal record in the business activities within three years prior to participating in government procurement activities must be provided;
5) The brand production enterprise reported must have the national mandatory 3C certification;
6) The bidder must have ISO9001 2000 quality system certification;
7) The reported products must obtain the national quality assured brand certificate;
8) The registered capital of the reported brand enterprise must reach 5 million or more;
9) The company of the reported brand must be a member of the legal photoelectric association;
10) The goods reported must be within the business license;
11) You must register at the Center and purchase procurement documents to participate in the project;
