Therefore, adjusting the operation speed of the cylinder reasonably according to the relationship between the grinding media and the particle size of the material can effectively improve the work efficiency of the ball mill.

In the early stage of the ball mill, the starting current of the motor can reach 6-7 times of the rated current of the motor. In the soft start mode used later, the starting current of the motor can reach 4-5 times the rated current of the motor. These start-up methods have caused too much impact on the transformer network, resulting in large voltage fluctuations, declining power factor, excessive starting power, and accelerating the deterioration of the mechanical transmission facilities equipped with contactors and ball mills. Give users some negative factors.

The ball mill combines the features of the Shenchuan inverter and the ball mill. In 2006, the QM series was introduced.
