Application of MINI PLC to Escalator Control

The use of MINI PLC to control the escalator system is required. The escalator uses a 11KW three-phase asynchronous motor to drive the escalator. The escalator can be up or down (switchable). The emergency stop function is required. The detection function is required and the lamp is required.


MINI PLC's solution when pressing the up button to start with the star-delta, its conversion time is 2.5S, triggering the output of the up contactor, running contactor, brake contactor and lighting contactor, press the emergency stop button, At this time, the above output is disconnected after the delay of 25S for the lighting contactor, and the rest are immediately disconnected;
When the down button is pressed, the down contactor is output, and the chain up stops the up contactor. The others are the same as above.
When the inspection Switch is pressed, the escalator enters the inspection state, and when the up or down button is pressed, the escalator can only operate in the star start mode (upstream or down contactor output), and cannot enter the normal motor corner operation mode, and the others are the same as above.
