Yuejiang Company's 2016 No. 2 Machine A Repair Technology Labor Services Project Tender Announcement
Under the entrustment of Guangdong Shaoguan Yuejiang Power Generation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Tendereeâ€), we invited the potential bidders with interest in the public bidding of the Yuejiang Company's No. 2 Machine A-technics labor service project in 2016. The abbreviation "Bidder" applies for registration according to the requirements of this invitation.
Shaoguan Power Plant is located in Wushi Town, Qujiang District, Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province. The factory area is bordered by Beijiang River in the south, Beijing-Guangzhou Railway Line is on the east, Qujiang District is about 23km north, and Shaoguan City is 37km. The factory location is excellent and the traffic is convenient.
2.2 The scope of the tender:
In order to solve the problem of inadequate repair and maintenance personnel for the existing team, the tenderee ensured the smooth development of the repair work for Unit 2 of Yuejiang Company. Now it is necessary to select suitable bidders to dispatch professional technicians (32 technicians in the technical service of fitters, including steam turbines, Boiler, electrical, chemical machinery, environmental protection and other professional) to meet the work needs.

(1) The bidder shall be a legal entity in the People's Republic of China within the territory of the People's Republic of China in response to tendering, participation in bid competitions, or a foreign company's legal presence in China, and shall have independent legal personality and the right to conclude a contract.
(2) The bidder must have the ability to fulfill the tender content requirements and provide the tendered goods and services.
(3) The technical workers proposed by the bidders are required to be under the age of 45, healthy, and have no impact on the maintenance of safety production work. They can adapt to the power plant equipment maintenance work environment (such as high work, noise, etc.) and have good fitters. Skill levels.
(4) The bidder shall be legally and financially independent, legally operating and independent of the bid solicitor; the bidder shall not directly or indirectly hire or have hired the bid solicitor, and shall prepare technical specifications and other Documents or companies providing consulting services, including their affiliates, are related; otherwise, they will be cancelled.
(5) Two or more legal persons whose legal representative is the same person, parent company, wholly-owned subsidiary company and its holding company shall not bid at the same time in the same goods bidding. Under the above circumstances, the bidder only accepts the bidder with the lowest bid, and the remaining bids are disposed of as waste.
(6) This tender does not accept bids in the form of consortium.
At least one of the bidders provided similar performance to the project for a coal-fired generating unit with a single domestic capacity of not less than 300 MW. No major equipment quality problems were found in the installation, commissioning and operation of similar equipment.
