Design of infrared thermometer

1 Introduction

Last year, the pre-SARS symptoms prevalent in some areas of China were high fever above 38oC (except for a few long-term patients). Infrared thermometers provide a fast, non-contact measurement method to prevent the spread and spread of SARS, which can be widely and effectively used. The body temperature of the crowd was investigated. At one time, infrared temperature measurement is rapidly booming in China. Here, a method for realizing infrared temperature measurement using SPCE061A and TN series sensors is introduced.

2 Introduction to chip characteristics

SPCE061A is a 16-bit single-chip microcomputer produced by Taiwan Lingyang Company. It can be used to realize control and voice broadcast system very easily. The chip has 8 channels of 10-bit precision AD, of which 1 channel AD is audio. Conversion channel and built-in automatic gain circuit. This provides convenient hardware conditions for voice entry. 2-way 10-bit precision DA, only need to connect 2 power amplifiers (LM386) to complete the voice playback. In addition, the Lingyang 16-bit single-chip microcomputer has a set of instruction system and integrated development environment with high efficiency and easy to learn and use. In this environment, the standard C language is supported, and the C language and the Sunplus assembly language can be mutually called, and the library function of the voice recording and playback is provided. As long as the library function is used, it is easy to complete the voice broadcast. Provides convenient conditions for software development.

3 System overall plan introduction

The system structure diagram is as follows:

The system includes three parts: a button part, an audio output part and a TN infrared temperature sensor.

Button part: The button starts to measure temperature and keeps pressing. The sound is heard to indicate that the temperature measurement is completed.

Audio output part: Mainly, the SPCE061A two-channel audio output is amplified by LM386 and played by the speaker.

TN infrared temperature sensor access part: through the control of SPCE061A IO port, the measured temperature will be accepted into SPCE061A for processing.

The function realized by the system: press and hold the button, hear the sound, and then report the measured ambient temperature and target temperature.

4 system hardware design

The infrared temperature sensor is shown in Figure 4.1.

The interface between the infrared temperature measurement module and SPCE061A is as follows:
