Lianchuang Optoelectronics signed a tripartite cooperation agreement to enter the field of superconductivity

"G20-LED Summit member company" Lianchuang Optoelectronics (600363) announced on the evening of March 4 that in order to achieve mutual complementarity and strengthen the cooperation between production and research, the company plans to cooperate with the Institute of Electrical Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shanghai Superconducting Technology Co., Ltd. The company has carried out strategic cooperation in the research and industrialization of high-temperature superconducting induction heating devices, and the three parties intend to sign the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement.

The Institute of Electrical Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences began construction in Beijing in 1958. It has a history of more than 50 years and is the only national research institution engaged in electrical science research in China. Shanghai Superconductor is currently engaged in the research and development and production of the second generation of high-temperature superconducting strips, as well as the development and manufacture of superconducting devices based on the second generation of high-temperature super-belts.

The scope of cooperation between the three parties mainly includes the development and design of the superconducting induction heating equipment and various components; the preparation and assembly of equipment preparation and assembly process; and the industrialization of superconducting induction heating equipment. The three parties agreed to set up a research and development team for superconducting induction heating equipment to cooperate, and on the basis of successful research and development, the three parties jointly set up the company for industrialization cooperation.

Signing a tripartite cooperation agreement, the company hopes to expand the application of the company's energy-saving field and foster new economic growth points.
