Liang Bingwen pointed out that the key to the development of the semiconductor lighting industry is market, technology and cost. He believes that the light effect has not yet reached the top and can theoretically exceed 300. LEDs should be used in general lighting, and costs still need to be reduced by a factor of three to five. In terms of talents, if 80 companies in China can control MOCVD, and each chief engineer can only control 5 MOCVD calculations, the total number of engineers required for hundreds of MOCVD in China is obviously insufficient.
