Inner Mongolia Datang International Renewable Resources Development Co., Ltd. is located in Tuoketuo Industrial Park, Tuoketuo County, Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is 20km northwest of Tuoketuo County and 70km northeast of Hohhot City. The project site is 2km away from the national secondary road from Zhuheier to Hohhot, and 42km from Zhungeer to Fengzhen Railway. The tendering project is to revamp the eastern and western electroplatforms for the upgrading of the pneumatic power transmission system.
Source of funds: Self-financing.

V. Bidder qualification requirements:
1. The bidder shall be an independent legal person registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China and have the ability to independently conclude and perform the contract;
2. The bidder has the qualification of contractor of pipeline engineering grade or above.
3. The bidder shall have the ISO9000 quality assurance system certification; have experience in electric welding in the electromagnetic field environment, and provide contract evidence of not less than three corresponding performances in the past three years;
4. The bidder has good bank credit and business reputation, and has not been ordered to suspend business, property has been taken over or frozen, and bankruptcy has taken place;
5. In the past three years, the bidder did not have a situation of fraudulent bid winning, serious breach of contract, major project quality and safety problems or any contract that was cancelled due to its own reasons;
6, the tender does not accept the Commonwealth bid. Two (and more) bidders whose legal representative is the same person may not bid at the same time; the parent company, wholly-owned subsidiary and its holding company may not bid at the same time.
