Introduction of outdoor network cable and use of outdoor wiring

The network cable is divided into an indoor network cable and an outdoor network cable. In the integrated wiring project, the outdoor five-type network cable is a transmission medium commonly used in outdoor wiring.

The outdoor network cable is characterized by an outer black PE water-repellent skin + inner layer PVC waterproof layer, which can be used well for outdoor weather changes, double-layer skin waterproof sunscreen, and the outer black PE water-resistant skin is compared to the indoor cable. The skin should be thick. It is difficult to communicate outdoors with respect to indoor wiring. The thick outer skin is good for not easy to pull the outer skin when wiring, and it is not easy to involve the copper core, which plays the role of wear resistance, tensile and compression resistance.

Outdoor wiring also serves as a buried wall cable. It is relatively labor-intensive to bury the wall. When the buried wall cable is easily damaged, the copper core is broken and the network data cannot be transmitted. Because the outer cable has a thick outer skin, it is safer when wiring, and it is waterproof outdoors, which can be applied to a humid environment.

When selecting an outdoor network cable, it is best to choose an outdoor oxygen-free copper network cable for high transmission requirements and long transmission distances. The outdoor copper cable and the outdoor oxygen-free copper cable are commonly used in engineering. The resistance of copper is much higher than that of oxygen-free copper. For the five-category cable, the oxygen-free copper wire resistance is 30 ohms within 300 meters. Inside (the deviation is 28-33 ohms when measuring is normal), the resistance of the whole copper wire is about 110 ohms.

The whole copper network cable can only transmit about 80 meters, while the oxygen-free copper network cable can generally transmit 120 meters to 150 meters, and the resistance is small, and the transmission effect is good.

In an environment that is too humid or cold, the outdoor network cable can be selected, while the outdoor environment is changeable, and the sun and rain are often occurred. The outdoor network cable can be waterproof and sun-proof, and better adapted to external weather problems.
