System advantages
The 60mm busbar system offers the largest use of space and the most current levels with its smallest external dimensions. This creates a safe, intuitive, space-saving system architecture with the most component selectivity. In addition, many of the elements in the Wiener 60mm system have met the new requirements for UL508 in North America implemented in 2005.
EQUES transfer technology
New Adapter Technology in 60mm Bus System:
EQUES EasyConnector with innovative technology, EQUES PowerConnector and EQUES MotorController adapters can be safely mounted on 12*5mm to 30*10mm, 2T and 3T busses with a maximum current of 2500A.
Among them, EQUES MotorController has a double-layer structure and has higher safety in application. When the switching element is replaced, the busbar is protected against touch.
The new EQUES PowerConnector enables direct connection of 4-pole breakers to busbar systems.
QUADRON J-Carrier
This product combines the European 60mm busbar system concept with the US standard "J-class" fuse technology. The system has been expanded by innovation to achieve more secure applications.
Connection technology
Wires with a cross-sectional area up to 300 mm2 can be connected to the non-perforated busbars through universal wire connection clamps or terminal blocks. Also use the terminal block to connect two busbar systems without cutting off the wires. Expandable connector clips CRITO ProfiClip makes use of the super-strength snap-in technology for quick and easy connection of round and flat conductors. Busbar extension clips make it easy to expand the busbar system.
SECUR PowerLiner
This switch series uses a D0-fuse that can be attached to a non-punched busbar system. The SECUR PowerLiner with D0-fuse can securely cut off up to 63A.
AMBUS EasyLiner
The 10x38 and CC class fuses can be installed in a 60mm system with a new busbar fuseholder. Meets IEC and UL508 standards, applies to maximum 600V feed circuit.
Fuse holder and fuse holder (bus type)
Three-pole D0- and D-bus-type fuse headers can be mounted on the Wiener 60mm busbar system. CUSTO Easyliner has a full range of touch protection and a strip cover. The maximum size of NH-fuse holders with touch protection is 2. In order to protect semiconductor components, special NH fuse holders have been developed.
QUADRON VolBreaker
NH to busbar fuse disconnectors with dimensions of 000 to 3 can be replaced with upper or lower outlets. The elastic contact piece to be compacted allows an easy and safe connection to the busbar system.
SECUR LeanStreamer
The NH-Bus bar fuse switch disconnector, size 00, can be used with all components on the 60mm busbar system. The combination foot and the patented mechanical slot ensure that the NH-Bus strip fuse switch disconnectors are easily installed on the non-perforated busbars. Can change the upper or lower outlet.
