Picking process:
All use AT506-2W-24 six two-window electronic tags, one-to-many way, the first two show the location, the last four shows picking quantity. The entire inventory area is divided into several channels. Each channel is associated with a scanner and each order is associated with one or more containers. When there is an order, the turnover box flows with the conveying line and stops automatically when it reaches the picking area. The picking worker scans the box number with the scanning gun. The electronic tag corresponding to the goods in this channel in the order is on, and the worker displays on the label. The picking position and quantity of goods are picked. After this channel picking is completed, the turnover box will flow to the next channel, and other workers will repeat the above process until all picking is completed. Then, the turnover box flows to the first floor shipping area for review, and finally it is packaged and shipped. The entire picking process is organized and truly high speed, high efficiency, and low error rate.
