After the renovation of the streetlights, the Shipai Town Government repaid the investment and maintenance fees saved by the company to China Merchants Bank. This will not only reduce the pressure on the government's financial resources, but also ensure the smooth development of the LED streetlight energy-saving renovation project.
Experts believe that this "user + enterprise + bank" model introduces buyer credit and leverages the power of finance to share engineering risks, ensuring maximum benefits and minimization of production, consumption and finance.
