How to use the purification workbench:

Purification workbench advantages and structure
The purification workbench offers convenience, efficiency, and comfort. It can be operated after being turned on for more than 10 minutes, making it ideal for long-term use in factory settings. The unit is driven by a three-phase motor (145-260W) and uses a special “super filter†made of microporous foam sheets to generate continuous sterile airflow. This "high-efficiency air" removes particles larger than 0.31 microns, such as dust, fungi, and bacterial spores. The airflow moves at 24–30 m/min, sufficient to prevent contamination from nearby air without interfering with alcohol lamp or Bunsen burner operations. However, during a power outage, materials exposed to unfiltered air may become contaminated. In such cases, operations should be completed quickly, and affected samples should be marked accordingly. If they are in a proliferation stage, they may need to be transferred later. For general materials, they might be discarded if necessary.
The purification station uses a three-phase four-wire system, with one line connected to the ground. The operating voltage is 380V. There is a specific order for the three-phase wiring. If the wiring is incorrect, the airflow direction may reverse, causing abnormal sounds. A simple fix involves swapping two wires. If only two phases are connected or one phase has poor contact, the machine will make unusual noises, and immediate power cut-off is necessary to prevent motor damage.
