Zhang Guosheng, male, born in 1984, Chinese nationality, no permanent residency abroad, master's degree. He has served as an intern consultant for the Lancaster Citizens Advisory Board (Volunteer), a project manager of Yinruifeng Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd., and a senior investment manager of Suzhou Jinyu Building Decoration Co., Ltd., and holds a board secretary qualification certificate for listed companies.
Up to now, Mr. Zhang Guosheng has not directly or indirectly held shares of the company. He has no relationship with other shareholders, directors, supervisors and senior executives who hold more than 5% of the company's shares. He has never been punished by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and other relevant departments. And the stock exchanges disciplinary, there is no such situation as stipulated in Article 3.2.3 of the “Guidelines for the Standardized Operation of Listed Companies of the Growth Enterprise Market of Shenzhen Stock Exchangeâ€.
