These GDTs are packaged in an ultra-small EIA 1206 format, making them the smallest devices of their kind on the market. With ultra-low capacitance—less than 0.5 pF—the SE series ensures minimal signal distortion, ideal for high-speed broadband and data communication systems.

The SE series offers excellent performance in protecting sensitive circuits from voltage surges, such as those caused by lightning strikes or electrical faults. The device remains in a high-resistance state under normal conditions but quickly switches to a low-resistance (short-circuit) state when a surge occurs, ensuring reliable overvoltage protection. Once the fault is cleared, it returns to its normal high-resistance mode, restoring system functionality without interruption.
