On June 21st, Huashi Technology (603679, SH), which landed in A-shares, rose 44% on the first day of its listing, and subsequently won seven daily limit. The latest, a month after the listing of the Chinese body technology, was again brought to court by the "old family."

On the evening of July 24, Huati Technology announced that it had received a civil lawsuit. Guizhou Lishida Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guizhou Luxida) sued the three defendants of China Science and Technology and alleged patent infringement, involving a total amount of 32.42 million yuan. At the same time, Huashi Technology also disclosed that another complaint was received on the same day, and the plaintiff was the same as Guizhou Restar.

The "Daily Economic News" reporter found that the dispute between Guizhou Restar and Chinese-style technology has been in existence for a long time. In recent years, the two sides have been in court, and the former was an agent of Chinese-style technology.

The total amount of the two cases exceeded 40 million

According to the disclosure of Huashi Technology on the evening of 24th, on July 21, the “Civil Complaint” and related legal documents served by the Guiyang Intermediate People’s Court were received. Huati Technology also disclosed that the company also received another complaint on the same day. The plaintiff was Guizhou Lishida. The defendants were Kaili Public Lighting Management Center and Jiangxi Shenan Yaming Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., of which Huati Technology was required to jointly compensate the plaintiff for economic losses of 9,543,700 yuan.

In fact, more than 40 million litigation amounts are not a small amount for Huashi Technology. The company's previous prospectus disclosed that from 2014 to 2016, the company realized net profit attributable to the company's owners of 35.57 million yuan, 42.56 million yuan and 48.07 million yuan.

Then, what impact will this lawsuit have on Chinese sports technology? On July 25th, the reporter of "Daily Economic News" has repeatedly called China Sports Technology, but the company's telephone has not been answered. According to the announcement by Huati Technology, the lawsuit "has uncertainty about the impact of the company's current and future profits." However, it said that the litigation of street lamps is not the main product of the company. The lawsuit will not have a direct impact on the daily production and operation of the company.

The "Daily Economic News" reporter further inquired that the original entanglement between Guizhou Restar and Chinese-style technology has been in existence for a long time. Restar has been a regional agent of Chinese-style technology.

Previously, both parties had been continually litigating and counterclaiming for a contract dispute that began in late 2014.

In October 2015, Guizhou Restar had counter-claimed Chinese sports technology. Guizhou Luxida stated in the relevant lawsuit at the time that it was an agent of Huashi Technology in Guizhou, and according to the two “Contracts for the Sale and Purchase of Lighting Products” in December 2014, Huati Technology provided Yulan to it. 585 sets of lights (after reduction to 583 sets), the actual actual implementation of 408 sets (all sold in Gui'an New Area). However, there were some problems in the implementation of the contract, and the two parties later went to court.

On December 30, 2016, China Judgment Paper disclosed a “Civil Judgment of the Second Trial of Disputes on Sales Contracts between Sichuan Huati Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. and Guizhou Lishida Lighting Technology Co., Ltd.”. According to the civil judgment, Huati Technology was the plaintiff in the original trial and the defendant in the counterclaim; Guizhou Restar was the defendant in the original trial and the plaintiff in the counterclaim.

The judgment made by the Guiyang Intermediate People's Court only maintained the first item of the first-instance judgment: Guizhou Lishida paid 3.248 million yuan of Chinese-style technology and 54,000 yuan of interest loss, totaling 3.302 million yuan.

The "Daily Economic News" reporter noted that the lawsuit disclosed by Huashi Technology on the 24th was derived from a dispute between Guizhou Restar and related parties after 2015.
